Yesterday 9:45 p.m. - Two men carjacked an Audi at 3rd and Walnut.

Last night in Spring Garden there were two robberies by a group of teens at 17th and Green and 24th and Green.
Where are you getting this info?

I see nothing on the teen assaults.

Second, the brazenness of criminals is beyond out of control, is this the Wild West?, 27 shells?! And at 3rd & Chestnut?! Leadership should be embarrassed...Any statement?

I see shootings are majorly up everywhere though, Dallas for example is up 30% increase from last year (which was higher than 2019), but I guess seeing this level of crime in one of the cities most desirable sections hits close to home for me.

What kind of building was he coming out of?

I heard he was having dinner with his woman on Chestnut, near Buddakan.

Krasner will win again.

Do not trust the citizens app.

I will say over 50% of the posts are not legitimate.

Just the other week it said someone was shot in Rittenhouse square at 2PM last Saturday...

That never happened. Lots of people make prank posts on there to hype things or scare people.

Citizens app is not legit.

They're posting what is called in to 911. So 50% of 911 calls aren't legitimate?
'Unfounded' means the police didn't find anything. Doesn't mean it didn't happen.

It's legitimate.

All this attention being brought to attacks on Asian people apparently has some doubling-down. It's the "You ain't telling me!" syndrome.

I just called Action News questioning why the race of the attacker wasn't mentioned and the guy who answered told me it was a black male.

These stories of attacks on Asian Americans (all over) is so sad and infuriating.

And to your mention of the not releasing the race of the attacker, the fuzzy "politically correct" mantra needs to stop. ALL reliable details of the attacker should be released, that is how we catch them.

Why did I think as I was reading your sentence about Action News that you was going to say the guy hung up on you lol
