Both Casinos wont get approved. There is only one Casino License available left for Philly. IDK what the state and/or the city would have to do to get more licenses. Personally I hope the Steve Wynn casino gets it. It would be nice to have both casinos in the city right next to each other. Plus the nice and sleek design that Steve Wynn will propose will likely force Sugarhouse to get off their lazy asses and finish Phase 2 and 3 of their projects.

Plus, if Blatstein doesn't get the casino license, he will still convert the Inquirer building into something that's why I would like to see Wynn get the license.

If he is bringing us a beautiful highrise building on the waterfront then I welcome him with open arms.
