It's Philly.com aka "the mecca where all Negadelphian posters flock to". The city could have 0 murders for an entire year and they would still have something to complain about.

That "project" has been talked about for years. I'll believe it when any contruction happens.

Negativity and trolls are all over the net comments sections. Sometimes it's funny others times it's just terribly mean.
