I don't think this will be an issue, given it appears to be in-filing a parking lot between Bookbinders and a contemporary high-rise just off of Front Street: http://goo.gl/maps/vgF8j

Wow -- those are stunning! These are a perfect example of balancing the context of a historic areas but also not trying to look like it came out of 1825.

I especially appreciate the creative use of brick in the facade lattice.

If it happens, it will be a welcome addition to Society Hill's strong legacy of Modern architecture successfully integrated into a very historical context.
