Info about ancestors (telephone, street, picture, name)

Hi,

my name is Ronald and I´m German. My grandma was born in Wyomissing, PA, 916 Franklin Street in 1918.
The name of my ancestors which lived there is "Orbel" and "Dornhecker". Does there still live some descendants in the area?
Does someone has pictures of this street or house? Does it still exist? It was sold to Daniel and Ella Gruber.
