I did as I said "I put my foot down" and I no longer have issues with oldest ones only with young one and he is getting better. But I guess you only read what you want to. Thanks you for your comment but we do what works for each family and I put down what works for mine. What has worked for yours to possibly help OP?
Trust me I do not have answers, I have suggestions, I try and this works for my family after 10 yrs of hit of miss and sticking with this rule of thumb.
