Dictionary.com has a word of the day. Today it was odoriferous. Which is fairly easy to incorporate if you have a dog, son or husband.
Too true. You and I have all three. Things can get pretty odoriferous around here too. Tahiti is sounding better all the time.

Hey Aconite (I'm remembering right that you're my sci-fi buddy, yes??)-

Did you hear that Warehouse 13 was picked up for another season and that Eureka is being cancelled after the 13 episodes for next year (season 5)? I am so sad about Eureka - I love that show!!

I'm seriously glad DD is better MM. That's great news.

Well, night all. Sleep warm. Or cool. Anything but odoriferous.

I was considering getting some Jack out for my throat. I thought it might numb it at least. I never had a caftan, but I did have a couple groovy polyester dresses for 70's parties in college.

Oh rkb - are you getting it now? I remember you said your kids were feeling a bit under the weather (I think - the last few days actually are a bit of a blur)....I hope whatever it is goes away quickly!

I'm sorry to hear that - sore throats are the worst. If you've had it since Friday, hopefully you're at the end of it....Hang in there.

The beginning of the school year is always germ-laden. DD is coming down with something too.
