Would like to order online as I am always forgetting to take order back into the school. However, can't get school activation code for some reason
Anyone know of any other sites (legit) where I can order books for my son at prices close to what Scholastic offers?

Thanks

In my experience... nothing I have come across beats Scholastic prices. Sorry. I would call the school office for the school's code - they benefit from your order, so it makes no sense that they wouldn't give it to you. Try going online to Scholastic also... is there a1-800 # you can call? They may be able to give you your school's code.

for my son's class this year the teacher said a parent needed to volunteer to manage the on-line scholastic orders. Talk to the teacher and see if it is an option.

All you need to order from Scholastic is the activation code from the teacher. It's very simple.

Also, depending on where you are, you might have a Scholastic Warehouse location that you can actually go shop in during certain times of the year. We've got one coming up in Arlington Texas in December. I've been to ours several times and end up spending $50-$70 and come out with a box full of books!

If you don't have one nearby...sorry. lol

Have two near me but says "
Warehouse Sales are exclusively for school employees, school district personnel, homeschoolers, and Book Fair chairpeople / volunteers."

Never had a problem myself going in, but you can always register as a volunteer if you think they will enforce that part.
