Wow.........thats the second message on this issue I read today.

So true.......we have the power in our own hands for our destiny. Too often blame is placed on someone else for making us feel that way but we have to power whether or not to feed into how people react to us.
So get out there everyone...hold you head up and feel the power.

When it stems from negative childhood conditioning, the script can be hard to change later in life. Therapists make a good living trying to help these people shift gears.

This is all about mind over matter!! It's a very hard concept to consistently achieve...but it is so true!! We should not become "others opinions of us"
