I am not sure if I am posting this in the correct place. Someone showed me this video on YouTube today and I am outraged how a school system could get away with this being a school play....what is wrong with this world?
I’m with you, this is outrageous and should never have been in a school play. The kids are too young and the language is clearly inappropriate for their age.
If the actual teachers involved and parents of these kids didn't think it was a little inappropriate.....nothing said on here would make a difference anyway.
These are probably the same parents who want to pass legislation so you can't feed your own kids donuts.

I totally agree.....if this was in my school district, someone better have some answers.....
You are right GloryB...
This truly sickens me that this is where society is going and if it is a joke or even okay in our elementary schools then we are all in trouble.
I would like to know who approved this school play. If I was a parent I would have been onstage trying to shut the thing down.
Oh wow! I want to know what is wrong with the parents? There is no way I would support such a production. In fact, I would do everything in my power to prevent my child's exposure and participation. While it is true that children may be exposed to a lot outside of school, the school should be a model example. There aught to be a different standard for educational institutions especially public schools.
This was posted on YouTube...it is still disguting that they have kids doing this. The Director should be ashamed of himself then.
I don't care if it was on youtube....doesn't make it true. Took me all of 10 seconds to check.
Funny how you blame the director when the parents of those kids allowed them to act in the play.
Personally, it would only bother me if it was a school production, which it isn't. Parents let their kids do all sorts of things that I don't approve of but they aren't my kids, it's not my business.
FWIW, I've heard worse language from kids in the mall and those kids weren't paid actors.....just brats.
