I go barefoot when I get up in the morning and stay that way as long as possible. The only time I cover my feet around the house is in the winter time when they get too cold (socks only, I don't like slippers). As far as caring for my feet I recently had a very painful ingrown toenail so I try to trim the nails more carefully now!

Barefoot year round!! I have a woodstove that works really well, so I am even barefoot in the winter! I am kind of funny about feet - if you're going to show them, they have to look nice, so in the summer I don't leave the house without my toenails polished - - and an anklet!!
