I find it helps to think of age in terms of life being one day long. If you're born at midnight, you reach adulthood at 6 AM, you're 36 at noon, 54 at 6 PM and drop dead at 72 at midnight (we women have life expectancy of 78 so we get to fudge a little, which is my excuse for lying about my age ).
It's still the afternoon for me. I'm not sure how this analogy will work for me when I pass into the evening hours. Maybe I'll fudge some more
Look and feel much younger than my chronological age.
I once read an interesting question on aging. The question is "How old would you be if you didn't know your real age?". Definitely food for tought. If I didn't know my age, I'd say I was about 10 years younger than I am. That's what I feel and that's what really counts.

that would be kind of cool if we did not know our age.
I'm kind of digging the demographics here. Most people are falling into the 30 to 50's range. Probably some of the best times in people lives, no offense to people not in that range.

But of course, buddy! We're the people who have time to talk about it; the rest are busy doing it.
