What is your absolute favorite recipe of all times ? Lotsa favorites but one I've been thinking about lately is my chocolate chip coconut cookies. I'm terrible about "following" recipes; to me, they are "suggestions."

Take your fav chocolate chip recipe. Substitute 1/4 cup of cocoa powder for 1/4 cup of flour that recipe calls for. Add 4-6 oz (1/2 to 3/4 cup) toasted coconut and 2-4 oz raw coconut (1/4 to 1/2 cup...for a "chewiness") and nuts & chocolate chips of your taste. I use either the "minis" or dark chocolate chips roughly chopped. I also add about 1 extra tsp of vanilla (or sometimes a tsp of coffee extract).

Taste is bitter, salty, sour...that's it. What we think of as our sense of taste is actually the ability to smell, which I have very little of right now.

I'm gonna have to go with something inbetween which is more of a phmay (?). They're okay if they're prepared properly, but best if eaten the same day. I don't like the flavor they take on if left a day or two.
What is your high temp expected for today ? Was 65 yesterday, haven't checked it yet today. It almost seems to think it's still winter, yesterday's high was 54, a not atypical winter temp for this neck of the woods.
