When traveling, I just can't "wing" it.
I have to know where everything is. Restaurants, gas stations ect.
Thank god for the internet! And the maps! And the birdseye view!
I'm a creature of habit. My keys, watch, wallet, etc. all go to a place I know where they are. Glasses and watch on the counter, keys in a dish on my desk, wallet in my bureau. If they aren't there... I'm lost.. no idea where they will be.
I second the roll on a TP holder!
I have to be everywhere early. I don't know if this is from Navy training or not. But, if I have to be somewhere at 10:00, I'm there at 9:45. If the move starts at 7:00, I have to be there at 6:30.
2. The dollar bills in my wallet must all face the same way.
And they MUST be in denominational order, smallest in front, largest in the back.
I have a lot of "quirks" as I have some OCD issues. However, I'm happy with them, as the end result is wonderful (most of my OCD is cleaning issues... and I'm happy with how prestinley clean my house is).
All labels facing out... soup cans, drinks in the fridge, etc. and all lined up in order as well (kinda like on a grocery store shelf). Anything put away, is done so in some type of labeled container. My clothes closet... all t-shirts hung up and color coordinated; short sleeve first, long sleeve next, and only on a certain type of white hanger....
Aww... my list could go on and on. The end result? My home looks like it's ready to be photographed for a Pottery Barn catalog. I relax better in a crisp, clean environment.
Edit: Maybe those aren't "quirks"... maybe I'm just an idiot!
There's a right way and a wrong way to put the toilet paper on the holder.
And it's with the paper going OVER the roll... never under!
This is why countries go to war, I'm tellin' ya!
