No, because (a) the bedroom is right on the street (there's no front yard to speak of), so there would be traffic noise; and (b) it's almost always too chilly here at night to leave windows open, even in the summer). She kept it on for hours and hours and as time went by it got worse. Since she is a very inconsiderate person and refused my simple request, I had to get more insistent with the landlords that something had to be done until it was...

I feel the neighborhood I live in is safe but crime is not too far away, unfortunately...
A side note to that is this area has heavy security 24 / 7 due to a prodigious / very famous college near by...

What is something that has kept you awake later at night than you wanted/intended to stay up ? Starting a movie after 8:00.
