Longer torso and shorter legs = bigger feet. Shorter torso and longer legs = smaller feet? (weight loss, wedding)

I have two female friends. One is 5'7 tall, she wears size 9.5, have longer torso and shorter legs compared to average. The other friend is 5'9 tall, she wears size 8, she has shorter torso and longer legs when compared to average. So, can we say longer torso and shorter legs = bigger feet; shorter torso and longer legs = smaller feet? I mean is it usually true?

You can't come to a conclusion based on just two people. You'd need to do a study with a much larger sample size.

Maybe, I guess? I think you're talking about leg length in proportion to the person's height.
I am a man, but I have my mom's legs, that is my legs are proportionally long for a man. For being 6' 1'', I have small feet, size 9.5.
I think it has to do with women usually having longer legs and smaller feet than men do (given a man and woman of the same height).

Not true. It depends on bone structure, age and weight. A chubby person after a weight loss usually wear 1-2 number smaller shoes.
I am 5'8" and wear #8 shoes. My son is 6'5" and wears #11 shoes.
We both are slender with a short torso.
BTW: did you hear about Chinese foot binding (lotus feet and shoes?)
Imagine 3" long shoes worn by adult women...
I'm 5'1" with short torso and long legs for my height. I wear a size 7 shoe. My sister is 5'7" with a short torso and long legs and wears a size 9 shoe. We are both small boned. For example I wear a size 4 1/2 on my wedding ring finger. She wears a size 5 1/2 ring.
Years ago we had to install a new railing and steps for this couple's trailer and there was a pair of shoes on the old railing, I don't know what size they were but they were huge, maybe 16. I wear a size 10 and they were much larger than mine, they looked like canoes.
I assumed they belonged to the husband until I saw a short dumpy broad come out, sit down in a lawn chair, and start cramming them on over her monstrous feet.
If she slept on her back I bet her bed looked like a tent.
I just had to pop into this thread, it's great. I don't have a clue about the feet though, but will say that I've never thought about it.
I know that long torso, and short legs, (as in, normally more female proportions), often equates to being a good male cyclist.
