Today's Question(s):
Did you or yours ever comb hair using Brylcreem?
- Never used

What's something besides Brylcreem where, 'a little dab'll do' - does NOT have to be a hair product?

An interest you like to dabble in: - Not sure if I have an answer here...

Do you know what a mud dauber is? - Never heard that term

Someone named Deb or Debbie: - Ex colleague

A place or situation you found yourself "smack dab in the middle of": - crowds

Bonus:
Have you called dibs on:
-A seat in a car?
- I'm a solo driver and a very, very rare passenger.
-A remote control? - N/A as I have not watched TV in 3.5 years. I also live alone so no problem if I did.
-Food or drinks? - Latter part of above answer.

Foodie Questions:
Peanut butter in the jelly or mayo in the mustard.
- Both sound unappealing to me.
Have you double dipped spoons or knives in condiments or notice when others do? - I always eat alone.

How do you feel about double dipping chips and dip? - Ignorant, not something I would do.

Do you use or remember:
-Double mint gum?
-Carefree gum?
-Big red?
-Dentyne?
-Juicy fruit?
-Other gum, remind us?
- N/A. I'm almost positive that I never bought a pack of gum. I tried it when I was a kid but it had no appeal to me.
I recall seeing all of them as I used to work in a small grocery store when I was a teen.

Just for fun:
If you had a double, someone who looked just like you, what sneaky shenanigan
might you try - like send him/her as a substitute for you when or where?
- I was never a practical joker.

Thanks, bjh.
Happy Thursday to all!

Today's Question(s):
Did you or yours ever comb hair using Brylcreem? I didn't; not sure whether my dad or brother ever used the stuff. I don't recall ever seeing it in our house.

What's something besides Brylcreem where, 'a little dab'll do' - does NOT have to be a hair product? Sour cream on a taco.

An interest you like to dabble in: Cross-country skiing.

Do you know what a mud dauber is? Yes. I have them around my house in the summertime. No nests this year, thankfully.

Someone named Deb or Debbie: Debbie Reynolds.

A place or situation you found yourself "smack dab in the middle of": A flash flood in September of 2009. I barely got out safely and it was terrifying.

Bonus:
Have you called dibs on:
-A seat in a car? Possibly, when I was a little kid.
-A remote control? Nope.
-Food or drinks? Nope.
-Other?

Foodie Questions:
Peanut butter in the jelly or mayo in the mustard.
Have you double dipped spoons or knives in condiments or notice when others do? I don't recall specifically, but suspect I double-dipped in peanut butter and jelly when I was a young-un.

How do you feel about double dipping chips and dip? If it's just family and no one has a cold, I'd be okay with it. Otherwise, I wouldn't do that and hope that others wouldn't either. If I do dip an item more than once, I'll turn it around so that a new edge is being dipped.

Do you use or remember:
-Double mint gum? Remember it but don't use it. I don't chew gum.
-Carefree gum? Ditto.
-Big red? Ditto.
-Dentyne? Ditto.
-Juicy fruit? Ditto.
-Other gum, remind us?

Just for fun:
If you had a double, someone who looked just like you, what sneaky shenanigan
might you try - like send him/her as a substitute for you when or where? Hmmm. The only thing I can think of is, if I were still in college I'd send my double to some classes in my place.

Today's Anonymous Quote:
"When people say something is impossible, that's a reflection of their limitations, not yours." True!

Today’s Funny Word:
fine [fahyn] interjection
an ironic expression a woman may say to a man when it's not fine,
and she wishes he would shut up and she may plot revenge
The man she says this to will initially think everything is fine.
That's just fine with me!

Today Includes:
Howl at The Moon Night Awoooooooooooo!
Mule Day

This Week Includes:
Give Wildlife a Brake! Week Good thought. I see so many sad instances of animals killed on the roadways. It breaks my heart. Be careful to watch for and avoid critters on the road, everyone.

Tons o' fun Q's! Happy Thursday, everybody! Yay!

Today's Question(s):
Did you or yours ever comb hair using Brylcreem?

Nah...I remember it, of course, but never wanted to or needed to use it. Maybe I should try it.
Shower and then comb my hair, with a heavy application of Brylcreem, straight back & then in a long ponytail.

What's something besides Brylcreem where, 'a little dab'll do' - does NOT have to be a hair product?

The creation of blotter acid, 4 - 8 droplets of bleach to purify drinking water; mineral spirits ('paint thinner') when added to oil/alkyd house paint; berries in the pancake mix...

An interest you like to dabble in:

Caring for the wildlife outside; all sorts of guitar playing; cooking foods & eating them...but in a much more healthful way that ever before.

Do you know what a mud dauber is?

Yep!

Someone named Deb or Debbie:

"Proud Deb" - A thoroughbred race horse from early 70s...(Belmont & Aquaduct)

A place or situation you found yourself "smack dab in the middle of":

In some bad-as* part of New York City at about 3 a.m. ...at a red light...only car around...with drug dealers and prostitutes all over my car.

Bonus:
Have you called dibs on:
-A seat in a car?
-A remote control?
-Food or drinks?
-Other?

Nope because I don't do the 'calling dibs' thing.

Foodie Questions:
Peanut butter in the jelly or mayo in the mustard.

Very minor cases of either crime are tolerable but the penalty of just being a pig about it should be stiffened.

Have you double dipped spoons or knives in condiments or notice when others do?

I wouldn't mind when sharing with a female, at all. Doing that with another guy is punishable by up to 10 days imprisonment and/or up to a $200 fine.

How do you feel about double dipping chips and dip?

It's fine and dandy if it's with a woman that you're having sex with. See question above about if guys do it with each other.

Do you use or remember:
-Double mint gum?
-Carefree gum?
-Big red?
-Dentyne?
-Juicy fruit?
-Other gum, remind us?

Only gum that I like at all is Bazooka! Wow...I can only imagine having a great girlfriend that always chews Bazooka...talk about double-dippin'!

Just for fun:
If you had a double, someone who looked just like you, what sneaky shenanigan
might you try - like send him/her as a substitute for you when or where?

Eh...I'd just slip him something in his drink, swap clothes and go home to his wife.
