Wow! Didn't know they ran camera boats in the oceans or lakes and other waterways.... Looks like a special built raft of sorts. Probably satellite guided. Oh that must be the Golden Gate bridge.
At one of the highest points in Colorado Mt. Evens is a man actually growing out of a rock! Could be part of the Philadelphia experiment from years ago?
