A pair of concrete gargoyles. One of the four I had on the front porch blew off and broke and I can't find another one like it. Actually I like the new ones better so I might go buy two more.

Indian food at the Indian restaurant after roller skating yesterday.

We watched Legend last night on the home theater. Our friends wanted us to go see Sully last night but we passed. We both want to see it in IMax during the week with less people in the theater.

That was A Friend Like Henry a long time ago about an Autistic boy.

When did you last give a compliment?
A couple of days ago to one of my shorties who is about to give birth any day now.

Some verbally incontinent rectum in the movie theater that wouldn't stop talking. It didn't end well.

A very short while ago when I woke up with a Yorkie and a cat in my bed and Howie close by all looking at me.

Raspberry Sorbet Recipe : Food Network
Raspberry Sorbet
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
2 quarts raspberries, hulled and sliced
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup white corn syrup
Bring the sugar and 2 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat and allow the mixture to simmer, without stirring, until the sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes. Set aside to cool completely.
Place the raspberries and lime juice in a food processor and puree. Press the raspberry puree through a strainer to remove the seeds. When the sugar syrup has cooled completely, combine with the raspberry puree. Add the corn syrup and stir well.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Sorbet is particularly soft after churning but firms up after freezing.
