Sleep is very healing to the body, so, the way I look at, whatever it takes! Melatonin, Benadryl and Trazadone mixed, and it's 8 sometimes 9 hours, but oh how I'd love to sleep 12 hours straight, just once.
I had someone who rented a room from me, years ago, and he'd sleep 12 hours every single night! Eat my heart out!
