Here in Virginia on Thanksgiving day it got up to about 77 degrees.

Tomorrow calls for a high of 49/low 29.

Central Iowa

28 degrees, clouds. Flurries off and on. Still some of the 4" snow we got yesterday on the ground. Sunday we were napping on our deck (South-facing). Go figure.

Rance those pics are beautiful....

When I think of Alaska, for some reason, before coming to CD and seeing your pictures, all I ever thought about was snow, and dirty snow, and all of your pictures have really shown me the beauty of Alaska, thank you for sharing.

So, Tek, we almost are getting ready to trade weather! Its gonna get cold here in a few days... today was like summer or something!

It's in the mid to upper 30s here in the DFW area with on and off snow/sleet/rain showers...maybe some accumulation on grassy surfaces...3-6 inches is happening a few counties to the west! We were in the low 80s just a few days ago also...

Very beautiful pics, Rance...I've only been to Anchorage so I haven't seen much of the state...thanks for your perspective.
