Romeo Void - Never say never - just because it was bizarre.
The Clash - Rock the Casbah - I liked it
I miss sitting around all night watching music videos on MTV with Martha Quinn.

Extra Credit:
Have you ever heard BBC radio (some NPR stations broadcast it during overnight hours) ?

Of course.

Bonus:
Do you prefer to have your top sheet tucked in or pulled out (or does it not matter) ?

Tucked at the bottom so my toes don't peek out.

Just for Fun:
Did you (or do you now) have a favorite comic strip ?

Peanuts

Today’s Question:
Is there a 1980’s music video that’s stuck in your memory-if so, which one ? Elvira, Oak Ridge Boys, oom papa oompa...
Oak Ridge Boys - Elvira - YouTube

Extra Credit:
Have you ever heard BBC radio (some NPR stations broadcast it during overnight hours) ? Have at one time or another. Don't remember when was the last time.

Bonus:
Do you prefer to have your top sheet tucked in or pulled out (or does it not matter) ? Doesn't matter as long as I stay covered.

Just for Fun:
Did you (or do you now) have a favorite comic strip ? Stopped looking at comics years ago when they stopped being funny or comical.

Hey I see some colorful flying bugs in the featured picture.

Happy Monday, time for an oil change, enjoy...

Today’s Question:
Is there a 1980’s music video that’s stuck in your memory-if so, which one ?
I wasn't taking much notice of music videos in those days - they were prime mothering years for me!

Extra Credit:
Have you ever heard BBC radio (some NPR stations broadcast it during overnight hours) ?
Yes, I grew up in England and for my first ten years or so we didn't have a TV, so BBC radio was king!

Bonus:
Do you prefer to have your top sheet tucked in or pulled out (or does it not matter) ?
In winter it's nice when the sheet is tucked in, but in summer it's better out.

Just for Fun:
Did you (or do you now) have a favorite comic strip ?
Andy Capp (not sure if you guys had him in the US - he was very popular in Britain).

Thanks Cloven.

Happy Monday to all.

Happy Monday July 29,

Today’s Question:
Is there a 1980’s music video that’s stuck in your memory-if so, which one ?
Michael Jackson, Madonna and A-Ha had some really cool videos. The best music was in the 80's anyway

Extra Credit:
Have you ever heard BBC radio (some NPR stations broadcast it during overnight hours) ?
Sometimes, but I also listen to other European stations very often. Not only music, but the news too. I have pretty good world band shortwave radio, and get decent reception, even from Russia.
(BTW: Shortwave Radio Listening is one of the most popular radio activities in the world.)

Bonus:
Do you prefer to have your top sheet tucked in or pulled out (or does it not matter) ?
I have European style bedding in my house. So, no... top sheets are not tucked.
In fact I HATE it when staying overnight in the US hotels. This is the very first thing I do - I pull them out! It restrains my toes and leg movement.

Just for Fun:
Did you (or do you now) have a favorite comic strip ?
No, I don't read comic, but I remember seeing Peanuts

Thank you, cloven!!

Tucked in the bottom, but never, ever the sides.
Just for Fun:
Did you (or do you now) have a favorite comic strip ?

Today’s Question:
Is there a 1980’s music video that’s stuck in your memory-if so, which one ? I don't know if it was done in the 80's or not but, I still very much like Fleetwood Mac's Gypsy music video. I think it was really well done. I like playing every now and then on my MP3 player.

Extra Credit:
Have you ever heard BBC radio (some NPR stations broadcast it during overnight hours) ? I've heard of it. I don't think I've ever listened to it.

Bonus:
Do you prefer to have your top sheet tucked in or pulled out (or does it not matter) ? Doesn't matter. The only time my bed gets made is when I'm staying at a hotel.

Just for Fun:
Did you (or do you now) have a favorite comic strip ? Ages ago, it was Bloom County. Now, it would be Calvin and Hobbes.

Today’s Question:
Is there a 1980’s music video that’s stuck in your memory-if so, which one ? My older daughter was born in 1980 and younger in '84, so this time was spent being a mommy.

Extra Credit:
Have you ever heard BBC radio (some NPR stations broadcast it during overnight hours) ? I listen to the BBC News.

Bonus:
Do you prefer to have your top sheet tucked in or pulled out (or does it not matter) ? When I was little I loved being tucked in. Now it needs to be pulled out.

Just for Fun:
Did you (or do you now) have a favorite comic strip ? Never had a favorite.
What did I do to get this underlined? I've tried to get rid of it but can't. Help, Roosty!!
