I had one plumber say that the reason kitchen sinks get clogged is because people don't use enough dish soap to break up grease while washing dishes.

My hubby said he has no idea what happened but we worked on that clog for over a week. That bathroom never had a problem before and we really didn't want to call the plumber as we know the subfloor is an issue we need to address after hubby retires. My research also found that if when the water is just above the height of the plunger bulb, you can wrap a rag around it to get better suction.

Hope this saves everyone some money!
