Usually 13-15, depends on the manufacturer. After you get past 12, the sizes make no sense at all.
Right now for example, I'm wearing size 14 Pumas. In the pic by my car, I was wearing size 15 Nike's. I was wearing size 13 Dr Marten's earlier. Pain in the butt...
