Good morning peevers.

We actually had a heavy shower here yesterday!

It must have been the first proper rain in a month!

Today I need to get Miss J to sort out a date for going to her new dentist. I may need to go with her as there is talk of her being sedated during the work.

This gave me the idea for today's peeve. Nothing to do with dentists, but to do with trying to fix an appointment that suits two, or in this case three, parties (Miss J, me and the dentist).

Boy, that can be frustrating at times, but I want to hear from you because the POTD is;

Trying to fix an appointment that suits everyone.

Well women seem much better at meeting all these many different scheduled events. Doctors appointments and this that and the other. I do my best to avoid the whole mess.

I write it down to remember it then lose the piece of paper. Appointments and me just don't mix.

We try to set our appointments way ahead of schedule, so we can go together and see the doctors back to back. Our doctors have been very accomodating. It's easier when it's just you and the spouse.

I was supposed to go to the dentist yesterday and work wouldnt let me go. Told them last week (before my 'accident') but they said we have major lack of coverage in my dept and need me there (everyone is walking off the job, gee whiz I wonder why? ). Well now they do have major lack of coverage even more, at least this week, but I had to cancel and am going to try and reschedule for my next day off instead, have to look at next week's schedule.

So true. With people being so busy it's hard to get things organized.

Good luck to Miss J. Sedation dentistry is wonderful.

One of the most frustrating parts about being a paralegal was trying to clear a date between numerous parties OMG it would take forever
