Since 1970, he's been arrested a whopping 1,333 times (and counting), although he serves an average of less then four days per offense.

I think the jail should start charging him rent. Looks like to me he gets drunk and depends on the
law enforcement system for a free ride, free bed and free food.

Jails don’t rehabilitate anyone. This guy’s addition needs to be treated in a clinic for alcoholics. What does this say about our society that we live in,,,,,,, Sad very very sad

Maybe he drinks because he remembers how bad it was to sit in jail, he must have nightmares when he gets out and drinking helps him.
