That's the reason restaurants can't sing it to patrons like in the old days. I always enjoyed the song at the Asian restaurants and the clapping that goes with it. The regular happy birthday song is a little draggy, much like most of the singing in the average white people church. Has been a long time since I attended church (I'm white) but TV tells me the singing is still the same. I have no singing voice, never did but I would much rather join singing the way it's done in the churches by black people. Hallelujah! Did I get lost? What thread is this?????
