Extra Credit Question: In honor of National Pledge of Allegiance Day, when was the last time you said the "pledge"? Just before typing this response! Last time before that was at a meeting a few weeks ago. At a couple of the organizations I belong to, we start every meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance and the national anthem. In one of them, we also sing the Canadian national anthem because our organization honors both countries.

Today in History: 1966 - Star Trek premieres on NBC-TV I loved to watch it back then. I still see reruns on occasion, and the acting is laughable. I still enjoy them, though.

We have a county and state fair. I stopped going when gang activity and violence picked up. It maybe totally safe now especially during the day, but I got out of the habit of going. I liked the exhibits, the super-slide, carmel apples, "PINK" cotton-candy, foot-long corndogs on a stick and cream soda in the bottle.
I will have a doctorate in "Manology" with a specialization in Research and Development.
I say the Pledge whenever I feel patriotic and included in the political process.
If crossing ur fingers is the same as wishing... I am doing it right now
Love and Peace
