Hi, kids! I hope everyone is having a great weekend! Scroll on down and check out Today's Tip!
REMOVING INK MARKS FROM COUNTERTOPS
Have you ever placed a store receipt on your counter, didn't realize it was wet, and later found it left a blue stain from the ink? Or have you ever accidentally gotten permanent marker ink on your counter or sink? You can get rid of these stains easily by putting a little rubbing alcohol on a paper towel and rubbing the stained area. Works like a charm!
I use rubbing alcohol among other things in Dave's stain cleaning arsenal! I may have solved this dilemma before using alcohol. Not sure if I've tried it on magic marker. Thanks for the tips Pam.
Ooooooooops! You can tell I'm way tired! I screwed up the title of the thread - forgot to write "Today's Tip" in the title. (I've asked a Mod to change it for me.)

Does that tip work on all types of counters, such as marble, tile, formica, corian, etal.
I know you can use it on granite I clean my granite counters daily....... mix about 1/4 c. rubbing alcohol with a few drops of liquid detergent and fill the rest of the spray bottle with water.
Great tip Pam! I usually throw my receipts away but I will remember this on.
