Mike, I can't speak for Pam, but I would say don't take a 2-hour nap before bed.

Melatonin is a good natural relaxer that will help you fall asleep also.

Mike, next time that happens, just go to the CD Community Forum. There's a whole group who are usually up pretty late and would be happy to chat with you. They are fun and quite entertaining. I wish I could stay awake long enough to hang out with them every night.

Wish I had known you were up. I went to bed @ 11:00. Woke up around 1 and sat here at the puter till around 3:30 before I was tired enough to go to bed. And I was up and ready to go @6:30.

I work half day on friday. I often take a "quick" nap around noontime but usually wind up sleeping for like 2 or 3 hours and then i cant go to sleep at night. The result is the next day im tired and have a headache.
