Please any advice for good insurance company for a home in orange county (Dr Philips) It would be great if they $500 hurricans deductable instead of 2%. Most I contact are unreasonable very expensive

I appreciate any help

The state law is for 2%, so none of them are going to write a hurricane deductible of $500. If you can't afford it, maybe you need to be looking for a less expensive home.

I had Tower Hill Preferred for about four years. They were fine. I never had a claim. Now I have Chubb, they are cream of the crop and highly regarded for claims paying, but they are very expensive. I ended up switching to them as they write coverage for certain things that no other insurer in the US will write.
