So Hunters Creek would be okay? I had taken that "off my list" due to what the others had said. That's north of the loop off John Young.

Yes, Hunter's Creek as a general rule is fine if you ask me.

Although I would avoid the neighborhood called "Pepper Mill" which is roughly bordered by John Young to the west, OBT to the east, Whisper Lakes Blvd to the north, and Deerfield Blvd to the south. <- if I'm being too broad in calling that whole block an undesirable area, someone please correct me.

Yes, Hunters Creek is great. You may want to look at The Loop area too. There are some nice condo complexes off of Dyer Blvd and Osceola Parkway. Good Luck!
