Has anyone heard of the neighborhood Wellington on Derbyshire next to LOTW's? Is this a good neighborhood?

Yes, it is a very nice, upscale neighborhood.

I live in the Lake of The Woods and have lived there since 2005. I love it there, it's very quiet and I never have to worry about hearing my neighbors through the walls. The majority of the population is elderly but that suits me just fine. My husband and I are both in our 40's and our kids are 24 and 22, so they don't live at home. It's just us, our dog and our turtle. We are centrally located to everything and we love that. We'll be here for many years to come.

Does anyone have opinions/experience about Lake of the Woods? Good or bad? I like that it is near Maitland and Winter Park, areas that I would like to be near, but have been unable to find anything in my price range and size requirements in so-called better areas. Is the whole area bad? The community itself seems nice, and well taken care of. It also has a pool and clubhouse area. Thoughts? Thanks in advance....
Lake of the Woods is a very nice area. I own 3 rentals in that area and may have a 3 bdrm, 3 bath coming up for rent next month. Most of my tenants have been there 3 or more years. what size and what rent are you looking for?
