You won't find a place to live where Indians are a majority but there is a significant population in Lake Mary. Nicer apartments run around $950 per month for a one bedroom and your 85K annual salary should be fine, as there aren't any state or local taxes to worry about. You might check out the Sun Lake and Pebble Creek apartments, both of which I believe have decent numbers of Indians living there.

No only in certain parts of the city are dangerous for most of it you would be relatively safe and the area your looking In is pretty safe.
