Need temporary furnished apt for approximately 3 months. Looking over internet because no time to come in person..will rent sight unseen. Any opinions on Pebble Creek or Legends? Also any other suggestions. Concerned with safety, bugs, etc. Read about drug related shooting at Pebble Creek even though it is described as luxury apt. Thanks in advance for your help!

Both are absolutely fine and you can't always believe what you hear from others. The shooting was a result of a resident attempting to sell his All-Terrain Vehicle to someone he allegedly knew. When the "friend" and someone with him arrived to check it out they pulled guns and attempted to rob him/take the vehicle, and shots were fired toward him. The resident was armed also and fired back, killing one of the robbers and injuring the other. Luckily the guy must have had a bad feeling and was prepared, and drugs were in no way part of the equation. Unrelated to any of this I would opt for Legends over Pebble Creek as it's a nicer complex and in a location easier to come/go from.
