I have had Brighthouse since moving to the area in 2006. Despite what I have heard other people say, I can only recall having one cable TV outage since I've been here and perhaps 2-3 internet outage issues per year if that. I'd say that's a pretty good track record.

I had Brighthouse and liked it, but it got too expensive for basic cable, internet, phone. I dropped the tv and phone and just have the cable. They gave me good service the few times it broke (neighbor cut cable).

Uverse, the picture doesn't pixilate. Better signal, clearer images.

I have Uverse and am very happy with it. We quit Bhous after one too many times of inching the bill up. We have our phone, internet and tv bundled.

Bright house is way better! if you want crappy internet service then go to u-verse. I switched from bright house had to downgrade from speeds of 40 mbps to 3 mbps.
