In terms of pure seafood markets Lombardi's in Winter Park is my suggestion as well as Gary's in downtown Orlando, followed by Whole Foods (either Winter Park or Dr Phillips). Gary's specializes in Florida products which excludes Octopus, so they may not have it. I have seen it at Whole Foods. If you don't mind making a schlep (take a cooler) head over to Wild Ocean in Cape Canaveral which would be my overall fave.

Wild Ocean Seafood Market
Lombardi's Seafood - Fresh Seafood
Gary's Seafood Specialties, Specialty Products, Orlando, Florida.

Orlando | WholeFoodsMarket.com

Try Miss Apple's Crab Shack in Merritt Island, not sure if they have octopus though...

I would actually recommend driving out to the coast also for fresh seafood.

+1

I've found more/better local seafood markets out on the space coast than I have in Orlando, quite honestly.
