Hi everyone I was looking at the homes in Davenport they look really nice and big for the rental prices, why are the rents so affordable? It's also pretty close to downtown Orlando which I like I would like some input as far as the schools and environment how is the crime rate there? If you live in Davenport can you go to the high schools in Orlando? only because from my research I see that the high school there in Davenport arent so great. Any input is greatly appreciated.

It's 35 miles from downtown Orlando per Google. It's in mostly-rural Polk County and the only way to Orlando is on Interstate 4 through the tourist area.
