It was horrible to rent through Los Cab Real Estate office. Once you're trapped in a yearly contract, they will nickle & dime you for every request you made. I lived there a few years ago & will never recommend Los Cab Real Estate/rental office to any of my friends. Also, there was a crazy woman living on the second floor that constantly have music on full blast & Los Cab refused to address the noise issue (I'm not sure if she's still living there & if she has moved then it's actually a good place to live). There are cockroach found in some of the units there & Los Cab refused to address the issue by swapping out the carpet w. wooden floor. Here are my advices if you plan to live here: 1. Do not rent from Los Cab Real Estate/rental office. 2. Rent from a private owner. 3. Try to rent/look for those units that have wooden floor instead of carpet. The reason is cockroach lives under the carpet & even if they decide to fumigate the building, cockroach will not die & will continue to live under the carpet.
