I've seen pics of ATL traffic, and I think it's worse than here. I don't see LA as the traffic capitol anymore.

OC is big. It could 20 minutes or 2 hours depending on where you live.

DFW is most likely putting up a good fight with ATL to see who can beat L.A. for having the worst traffic, and I've experienced DFW traffic firsthand. Never been to ATL outside Hartsfield so I can't opine on traffic there.

I actually read a recent study placing DC 1st, ATL 2nd, and LA 3rd. The DC problem is most likely because all the government workers in the suburbs from all four sides of DC have to be to work at the same time. And, aren't there no freeways there? Just arterials and highways with 2 lanes in each direction? That's what I heard. IDK if it's true. ATL...now I have no logical explanation for that except that the public transportation is pretty much non-existent and no one expected it to grow that fast.

Photo of a great event for the whole family, young and old always love it: The Fun with Chalk Festival at the Norman P Murray Community Center in Mission Viejo. Artists make beautiful works of art with chalk and then there are crafts for the community to do also.

I just need to comment on this photo.

The parrot in this photo is a Caique. I have 2 of them. Mine have orange heads though. The one in the picture is called a "Black Headed Caique" and mine is called a "White Bellied Caique". The only difference is the color of their heads. They are fun but crazy birds!!!! They are known as the clowns in the parrot world. I think it was cool that someone drew one.

I love all these pictures of Orange County. I was in Newport Beach last week for a few days. It was gorgeous as usual. I even went to Mission Viejo where this event took place but I was at the mall getting some tops there and just exploring the area. I took Crown Valley up from the PCH and say a mall and decided to go check it out.

We are planning to move to OC in the future along the coast and I wanted to see all the different areas in the little time I had.
