We are looking for a SF residence in Laguna in the 3000 sq foot range and prefer a home with a community pool. Seems not many communities actually have pools and most homes come up with a pool in your backyard in Laguna Niguel. We have 2 young kids so really would like to avoid a pool in our yard if possible. I know we can put a pool gate up but thinking it's just not worth it with two kids under 4. Any ideas where to look?

Use redfin to search for homes in Laguna Niguel. Adjust the filters to the size, age, and price range of home you want. If you fine tune it enough, you probably won't see more than five to ten homes. Click on each one and look for "Community Pool".

Shouldn't take you more than three minutes.

Rollings Hills, Kite Hill North, San Luis and Marina Hills all have community pools. I don't know what your price range is but I found at least 6 homes in Laguna Niguel with 2800+ square feet with community pools priced between &$700,000 - $920,000.

Rancho Niguel community pools were also great. They have a lot of other amenities and the fees seemed reasonable. I miss it now that we live in LA.
