Isn't Chicago great! They were my favorite band growing up and I have seen them in the last 3 years. Even though they are getting up in age they still put on a fantastic concert.

Is Peter Cetera still with them? They were always one of my favorite bands. I went to their official website, but it doesn't say anything about who is still in the group.

Pleased to make your acquaintance.

I've had my moments in the past, but RB and GP are pretty much the official entertainment here.

Well, it's sort of informative...
I'm still an OK newbie. There are many others here who can
speak on OK with a lot more authority than I can.

My post was mostly directed at New Englanders and IT folk
who are considering OK.

It was also written first thing in the morning before the coffee had a chance to kick in.

Me too, but it's always a possibility.

Guess you have been lurking for quite a while here.
Those days are pretty much over for me.

I'm just getting myself back on schedule again...

I've woken up at 5am for the last 10+ years without the aid
of an alarm clock, but since I got to OK, I've been waking up at 6am.
The sun comes up almost 2 hours later here, even in the summer,
so that's messed with my internal clock a bit.

Got up at 4am today...
Unfortunately, I didn't get to bed until about 11:30 last night.
I'm getting too old to live on 4 - 5 hours of sleep these days.

I'm NO hero.
Things would have been a LOT easier for us if we had seen
that the rural NH economy was going to crash so hard
and stay that way.

Hindsight being 20/20, we should have come to OK in 2006.
But then, no one's ever accused me of being the brightest bulb in the box.

"Odyssey"...
That's a nice way to put it.
It was certainly an adventure...
(And still is.)

You'll be pleased to know that I'm almost over my
trauma over pulling that %$&# trailer half-way across the country.
I'm lucky I never had to go into reverse during the entire trip.

Did a quick perusal here, and if I'm not mistaken, you're from Tulsa and currently living in SoCal...

So, will you be yet another to travel the old "Cali-Okie Trail"?
Many have blazed that path already.

Let me offer you my computer! It does things no one's ever heard of, including the guy who built it.

There's NO magic in computers...
There's a very normal and logical reason
for whatever your computer is doing or not doing.

Let's see... there was the time he'd put a new CD drive in it, and a week later it quit working. He brought a CD with a whole slew of diagnostic programs on it, put it in, and the CD drive went nutso. Kept going faster and faster until the disk shattered and he unplugged it. We looked at each other, he said "well, it's still under warrantee," so I said "Send them the pieces of your disk, too, with a list of what was on it, They should replace it." He did, and they did. And it took another month, but I finally got a drive that worked.

Heh... G'mornin'! Another gorgeous 50/50 Morning here... open the back door in your direction and I have blue skies and fluffy white clouds. Open the front door and I get a dark gray sky, thunder and bolts of lightning! I wonder if it will rain in the front yard and not the back like it did the other day...
