Isn't Chicago great! They were my favorite band growing up and I have seen them in the last 3 years. Even though they are getting up in age they still put on a fantastic concert.

Let's see... there was the time he'd put a new CD drive in it, and a week later it quit working. He brought a CD with a whole slew of diagnostic programs on it, put it in, and the CD drive went nutso. Kept going faster and faster until the disk shattered and he unplugged it. We looked at each other, he said "well, it's still under warrantee," so I said "Send them the pieces of your disk, too, with a list of what was on it, They should replace it." He did, and they did. And it took another month, but I finally got a drive that worked.
