Hi! I'm a Medina Ranch ... that's been sitting empty for quite some time. I'm really an undiscovered gem and my old family misses me a lot, but they had to move away.

Since I've been empty one of my pipes burst which was really a disaster, but it made me get everything brand new. Of course the pipe issue was fixed but on top of that I've got all new sub floors, new hardwood, new carpeting, brand new paint, new ceramic bathrooms with brand new vanities, new hot water tank and more. My air conditioning and heating were new just a few years ago. I was inspected and I'm in tip top shape but tierd of sitting here empty.

I have 3 bedrooms all with beautiful neutral decor, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 working gas or woodburning fireplaces, a living room, dining room, family room, just under 2000 sq feet total... and no steps. I have a large 2 car garage and I'm on a stunning acre lot with a pretty stream at the back.

I'm open to any family to give me a chance. My family has me priced very reasonable (especially considering the $40,000 in brand new updates I have!). They'd even consider a rent-to-own or corporate rental if that's what got a family in here to enjoy all I have to offer and make new memories here. I have good acsess to I -71 and am about smack dab between Cleveland & Akron (which is why my old family moved into me)
Please contact my owner if you are interested in hearing more !

you need to either use craigslist or get a realtor, and you really need to stop pretending that you are a house.

We've used cragislist and have a realtor. I thought it was a creative way to get some attention. I know that everyone is having a hard time selling ... geesh

i'll edit my post if i can get a cut of the purchase price of the house. or if the price were split evenly among everyone else throughout city data. otherwise, i'll make note of advertising (which has the ill consequence of keeping the post up at the top, i know. thus, i have to do it with my own brand of gusto).

Go to Crazy Camp in the Real Estate section....all of us there feel your pain.

I'm in Medina Co. too, and my house has been for sale for 1 1/2 years. At least you still moved. We are being held hostage here.
