Puppies and Kittens are illegal to whelp in Hammond. (for sale, houses)

I have been given notice that I broke several Hammond Ordiances, by having a litter of puppies.
I was forced to get rid of 3 yorkies ( one which died at the new owners home).
And GIVE the puppies away.
And neauter my male Yorkie.

I may have had to many (5 pound) dogs. But my neighbor has two that both way over 70 pounds.
This all start back in September when a woman officer from HAMMOND Animal Control gave me several tickets.

2.Four of my dogs ran out the door when my son left.RESTRAINT LAW
3.No colars on.
4.Puppies for sale.YOU MUST GIVE THEM AWAY IF YOU HAVE THEM! I was told I was commeting tax fraud.
5.Whelping a litter is illegal.
6. Proff of licences not on the dogs.
My son lives 2 doors over and we walk them over there sometimes. So they ran out with him on a day when my air conditior went out. 3 turned right back , but one left my lawn.
My dogs are tiny indoor dogs, that I bought after my husband died and my kids went back to school.
Now she asked Judge Harkin if they can search my property for breeding. I go to court again this week and I hope it will finaly be over! And they have yet to come.

I have been looking at houses to get out of LAKE COUNTY. My tax bill came last week and I still have not opened it, I'm affraid to look! It still sits in my kitchen unopened.
