I have to agree that NoVa is not particularly crunchy...but I lived in Portland, Oregon -- the crunchy capitol of America. Vienna does have some crunchy elements...like the Maple Ave Market, and the Maple Ave Restaurant (certified green). You can also curbside recycle more things if you live in the actual town of Vienna. I am still waiting for curbside composing (common in Canada...but is it anywhere here yet?). Good luck with your choice.
