For my first 5 years here, I too searched all over for a do-it-yourself car wash. I only found one...down near Woodbridge.
Did a google search for Nissan Forums & found this:

I wrote this in to two more topics but I actually find a DIY Mechanich Shop in Chantilly that will let you use/rent their professional lift that lifts about 7ft.

You have to call them before showing up to check if someone else is renting the lift that day. Prices were very reasonable. I took my truck there and buddy of mine did take his boxter and we were all happy.
