anyone know if there is a restriction (HOA) on the number of pets one can have in Ashburn Village?

Excerpt:

The maintenance, keeping, boarding or raising of
animals, livestock, poultry or reptiles of any kind,
regardless of number, is prohibited on any Lot or in
Common Area, except that the keeping of guide animals
and reasonable number of orderly domestic pets (e.g.,
dogs, cats or caged birds) is permitted, not to exceed
two pets which can regularly leave the Lot, and subject
to the Rules and Regulations adopted by the Board of
Directors. Pets may not be kept or maintained for
commercial purposes or for breeding.
