I need to meet a colleague to drive to Richmond in the next few weeks. Does this park and ride at the corner of Rt 123 and Old Bridge Rd. near Occoquan fill up? If we met there mid-morning would there be spaces for one of us to leave a car?

Thanks.

It usually fills up before 8:30 am on Monday-Thursday. On Fridays there are plenty of empty spots. There is another commuter lot about 1/4 mile away on the other side of I-95. It never fills up so you could park there.

Ditto. The one inside the ramp doesn't fill up. Just take the ramp towards Washington and immediately take the ramp back off.

I park in that lot every day. If you're not in by 8:30-9:00 , you won't get a spot, except on Fridays as was mentioned already. If you don't want to get on the Interstate, you can go further down 123, turn left just after the Hampton Inn, and loop around into the other commuter lot, which always has plenty of space. Might be a better option depending on your timeframe.

Ok. It looks from the Google map like this park and ride is really easy to get to if you are going north on 95 just by getting off at 160B and pulling in. How do I get there if I am coming down 95 from the north?

There is no access from I-95 south to 123 S, so is the best way to get off and go north on 123, take a U-turn at Devil's Reach Rd, take a left on Annapolis way and get into the park and ride that way?

Thanks for the advice!

You can't make a U-turn at Devil's Reach - you can't even actually turn onto Devil's Reach at all when you enter 123 N from that ramp. I do believe you can get to 123 S from 95 S. At least, it looks like it on Google Maps...I've always had to go north on 123, so not sure. I'd probably just get off 95 to rt 1 S and turn right onto 123 N (Gordon Blvd).

This is what I would advise doing. Get off at the Woodbridge Exit (left exit) to get on Rt. 1 South.
