I'm from houston and I have a lady that charges me $120 but she does very deep cleaning. I don't mind paying that once a month and she does an excellent job. She has her own business called Jackson's Elite Cleaning services. I'm not sure if its all over though.

Ditto. Our house is around 3300 sq ft and we pay $85 every 2 weeks. It's not the greatest job, but we can't complain considering the price.

Man, I'm getting ripped off! I pay $125/cleaning for every other week for my ~1850 sq ft home in Sterling (Loudoun County). But no one was much cheaper back when I was calling around for quotes. Would love to hear some company/name recommendations.

$90 once a month. either two or three people come to clean the 3 level 2100 sq ft above ground level TH.

they messed up small parts of my carpet once. fled the scene the last time after ripping the range hood off on one side. i was wondering why her good bye was so quick that time.

trying to get in touch with another cleaner i used before....

My house is 2000 sq feet and I pay $100 every 2 weeks. If you clean weekly, she charges less per visit, but I only need the degree of cleaning she does every 2 weeks. I like the lady that cleans my house (she's an independent contractor--works for herself and I've known her for and hired her for 10 years now). She sometimes messes up, but rarely and she does a good job.
