my wife buys bottled water in bulk, then refills the bottles from the tap (or water coolers/fountains when we are out and about). When those get lost/crumpled/whatever, she gets new ones. Ive suggested using longer lived water bottles, but the ones we have (usually got them as some type of giveaway or whatever) are too large - she prefers the size and weight of the commercial water bottles. I suppose there is somewhere we could get small ones like that without paying for the water, but Ive never bothered looking.
